All purchases will be elegantly gift-boxed.

Sizing - Use a favorite bracelet size or provide your wrist measurement across the wrist bone flush with your wrist.  We will add the appropriate amount for your bracelet. 

At Jewelry by Victoria we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We ask you to please measure accurately in order to avoid a restringing fee of $8 per strand.  If the bracelet is a gift, it is helpful to measure her favorite bracelet or watchband.  Just let us know when ordering which measurement you've taken.  If your bracelet should need to be restrung due to manufacturing defect, there is no fee.  If your bracelet is ever in need of repair or redesign we will gladly perform this service for a small fee to cover the cost of labor, any new materials used, and shipping cost.  

A Caution For Children - Due to the small components in all of our bracelets we urge adult supervision at all times when small children are wearing or in contact with any of our pieces.

Additional Charges - At Jewelry By Victoria it is my goal to work with you to customize our jewelry pieces to your liking, and without further cost to you. However, a reasonable additional charge may apply in certain situations, such as an order completed quickly by request or certain components which are not stocked.  If applicable, you will be informed of this charge at the placement of your order.

Tax - All prices are subject to change and do not include PA sales tax and any other applicable sales taxes.
