Our Philosophy At Jewelry By Victoria we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, it is our pleasure to work with you to customize our jewelry pieces to your utmost liking. For this reason we do not make possible the ability to order via the internet. Since most of our pieces are custom-designed and made, I prefer to speak directly with our clients. We feel that this is personalized service at its best. Jewelry Care For all of our jewelry, except those with freshwater pearls, we suggest storing them in airtight containers and using a jewelry polishing cloth to remove tarnish. For your pearls, please store alone in a soft cloth and use mild, soapy water to clean. Jewelry polishing cloths are available for $5 each, $3 if purchased with the Mother's or Grandmother's Bracelets.
