At Jewelry by Victoria I design unique and elegant--yet affordable--jewelry handcrafted of the finest materials. I use sterling silver and 14 karat gold-filled components, freshwater pearls, Swarovski Austrian crystals, and high quality glass beads, to name a few. I guarantee beauty and quality, and design each piece to coordinate with each other. I have always had a creative flair for interior and fashion designs which have evolved into wonderful hobbies.
